• How does online registration work?

    To get registered, you are required to complete a registration form available on this website or just follow the link.

    Read and understand the information for participants and click “PARTICIPATE”. Next, fill in all fields marked with *. Be sure to specify your nickname in Telegram. It will be used as an alternative channel for sending your ticket, should your mail address fail to receive messages.

    Wait for the inscription “Thank you for your interest in our Forum. The Steering Committee members will contact you soon.”

    Registration is not deemed successful unless you have received a confirmation letter with a link to your personal electronic ticket. The letter will be sent to the address you submitted in the registration form.

  • Why did I fail to receive a response to my registration request?

    All initiated registrations are reviewed on an individual basis. It may take some time because of the large number of applications and the limit imposed on the number of participants. The Steering Committee may decline your registration without giving reasons, but you will be notified of that by e-mail. Please specify your corporate e-mail address in the course of the registration procedure. How should I pay for participation?

The delegate participation fee is paid by bank transfer.

  • Payment against proforma-invoice (your company details are required to issue the invoice)

  • Online payment by bank card.

Once your application has been reviewed, a Steering Committee officer will contact you to clarify the details of the payment method convenient for you.

Upon receipt of the promo code, you can reserve a hotel room on your own by completing a form on the website with the promo code specified.

  • What happens upon arrival at the Forum?

    • The registration procedure upon arrival at the venue:
      To receive a Forum participant badge at the registration desk, please present:
      • admission ticket bearing a unique ID (printed or saved on the gadget) or just look straight into the camera at the registration desk (the face recognition system from VisionLabs is on)
      • Your business card
    • After the registration, you will receive a personal badge and information materials of the Forum.

7. Wi-Fi

    • Registration: from 07:45 a.m. to 18:30.
    • Exhibition hours: from 08:00 a.m. to 19:00.
    • Conference opening: 09:00 a.m.
    • Standing dinner after the Conference: from 19:00 till 21:00 (for VIP ticket holders)
  • 13 June:
    • Registration: from 08:00 a.m. to 18:30.
    • Exhibition hours: from 08:00 a.m. to 19:00.
    • Conference start: 09:00 a.m.


  • The Conference languages are Russian and English. Simultaneous translation.

  • If you want to hear English-Russian / Russian-English simultaneous translation,
    download the VERSPEAK application: AppStore,Google play.

  • Open the application and type in the code of the Hall where you are going to listen.

    Select the translation language. Use your own headphones to listen to the simultaneous translation.

    Also, you will see signs with the respective code at the Halls entrances.

  • Where are the Conference Halls located?

    The Conference will be held in two parallel streams:

  • Amir Temur Hall (go upstairs from the exhibition area to the second floor)
  • Allegro Hall (go from the foyer of the Amir Temur hall to the left along the hotel balcony; follow the signs “Allegro Hall”. Or go left after exiting the exhibition hall and go upstairs to the second floor, following the signs “Allegro Hall”).
  • How can I ask a speaker?

  • 1. Open the mobile application

    2. Go to the “Programme” tab;

    3. Select the required session;

    4. Click the «?» button

    5. Select a presentation you would like to ask a question to.


  • Coffee breaks, lunch and standing dinner are for VIP ticket holders only.

  • Please check the type of your ticket received by e-mail.

  • VIP ticket holders will receive a special bracelet at the registration desk, which will become your pass to the outdoor terrace of the Brasseria restaurant where the standing dinner will take place.

  • Standard ticket holders (meals not included) can have meals at the restaurant or lobby bar and pay on the spot.


  • Access to presentations

    Speakers' presentations allowed for distribution will be available to the delegates who completed the Delegate Questionnaire form in the PLUS-Forum mobile application. Links to the available presentations and photos will be emailed to the delegate at the address specified in the Questionnaire.
  • Photos and videos

    PLUS-Forum photos and summary video will be posted in the PLUS-Forum website within 2 weeks after the end of the event.
